CWT has joined the membership roster of the World Sustainable Tourism Council, a nonprofit group that could be a joint effort of the United Nations and conservation organizations to develop and handle sustainability requirements for the journey business. As a member, CWT will work with the GSTC to drive widespread adoption of its requirements, that are centered on efficient sustainability planning, maximizing area people advantages, enhancing cultural heritage and minimizing adverse environmental impacts, in response to the GSTC. CWT joins American Specific World Enterprise Journey, which joined the group final yr; BCD Journey, which the group lists as a member as of 2022; and ATG Journey Worldwide as company journey administration firm members of GSTC.
