A 72-year-old American man disappeared whereas touring on a Princess Cruise ship, and officers suspect he fell overboard throughout his time on the ship.
A search started on Monday at about 7 a.m. after the Ruby Princess Cruise ship docked in San Francisco and crews realized the person couldn’t be discovered onboard, in response to the cruise line.

U.S. Customs and Border Safety is investigating the incident, a spokesperson for the cruise line advised KTVU. The spokesperson stated Princess Cruises is cooperating with authorities within the investigation.
